John Trevor Gladych, Esq.

Partner, Head of Business Development

Since joining forces with his best friend in the spring of 2023, Trevor has helped injury victims recover millions from multibillion-dollar insurance companies. A proud graduate of Georgetown Law, Trevor truly believes that “law is but the means, justice is the end.”

In past lives, Trevor was an award-winning social justice documentary filmmaker, a nonprofit CEO, an Ironman finisher, a startup co-founder, a high school teacher and coach, an independent college counselor, an on-mountain photographer, an across-the-US bicyclist, and his son’s favorite stay-at-home dad. In his free time, Trevor moonlighted for a Complex Business Litigation firm in Orange County – working his way up over 9 years from law clerk to lawyer. With additional experience working in the Nation’s Capitol on RFP’s and legislation concerning issues ranging from the Department of Defense (DOD)  and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to infrastructure and insurance, Trevor brings a powerful background to bear when representing personal injury clients.

Of Counsel

Marc brings over 40 years of experience, and is A-V rated by Martindale Hubbell-the highest rating available to practicing attorneys.

Marc is a former President of the Long Beach Bar Association and the Ball/Hunt/Schooley American Inn of Court in Long Beach, California. Marc is passionate about representing those who seek justice for wrongs done to them, either by negligence or intentional action. While some lawyer advertising and media representations of lawyers demeans the nobility of this calling, Marc believes that successful results are best achieved when the highest standards of ethics and professionalism are maintained. Marc represents people who aren’t looking to take advantage of the system, rather to employ it to find justice.
